However, it wasn’t just Kate and Camilla who got people talking, but also the South Korean First Lady, who is almost unknown in the West. Fifty-one years old, she married Yoon Suk-Yeoltwelve years older, in 2012, but does not like to be defined as First lady, a role she has held for just over a year, she prefers “President’s wife”. Details, it is what it is, even if wanting to be identified as someone’s wife reveals a subordinate condition that could contribute to scratching, considering role and visibility. After all, she would have all the cards. Having graduated in Art from Kyonggi University in Seoul, in 2009 she founded Covana Contents, a company specializing in art exhibitions, in which she held the role of President until her husband’s election. And it is precisely her activity that led her to have problems with the law, so she was also investigated for corruption.

According to the accusation, the woman received bribes for two exhibitions organized by her former company, accusations which however did not lead to anything concrete for lack of evidence. A nice sigh of relief, even if the scandal risked also overwhelming Yoon Suk Yeol, who held an important role in the Prosecutor’s Office at the time of the events.

This wasn’t Kim’s only slip-up, she was also guilty of inflating hers CV. To make it more attractive, in fact, Kim Keon-Hee had boasted contacts with the Stern School of Business at New York University, which was not true. A lie so she apologized publicly during a press conference. Since her husband has assumed the role of President she has no longer made any mistakes and today she prefers one more discreet life.
