Intel should introduce Alder Lake processors later this year. After them will come the CPU Meteor Lake, which is credited with the 7 nm process technology and many really new technologies.
But very little is known about Intel’s plans after Meteor Lake. However, it looks like Lunar Lake processors will come after these CPUs. Once we have already come across their mention, and now one of the Intel Ethernet drivers has received an update with initial support for such a CPU.

Of course, there are no details about the processors there, but earlier the same driver received support for Meteor Lake, so at least we can more confidently say that exactly Meteor Lake will be followed by Lunar Lake processors.
Given early rumors, it is possible that Lunar Lake, like Meteor Lake, will retain the LGA 1700 platform, which will debut alongside Alder Lake. You can also roughly imagine that the negotiated CPUs will be released in 2023-2025.
