A series of explosions was heard Sunday morning at Odessawith an eyewitness telling Reuters he saw at least three columns of black smokewhile flames appear to be rising from a seemingly industrial zone.
“Odessa is under rocket attack and there are reports of fires in some areas”said the city council in a post on the Internet.
According to the French Agency, the explosions occurred around 6:00.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces see a reduction in Russian bombing
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that the intensity of Russian aircraft and missiles has decreasedadding that Moscow continues to withdraw its military units from the north Ukraine.
In a Facebook post, the general staff also said that the retreating Russian forces place mines on the streets and in some settlements.
