War in Ukraine: New Macron-Zelensky telephone call

The President of France Emanuel Macron had a new telephone conversation that lasted an hour and a half with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky for latest developments from the war front which is raging for the 13th day today, Tuesday.

According to the Elysee, the two presidents “made a long overview of all humanitarian issues, the nuclear safety initiative and finally a review of the ongoing discussions in Gomel” during their discussion today.

AFP reports that Macron has very regular telephone conversation with Zelensky: The two men spoke yesterday Sunday after a conversation between French President and Russian President Vladimir Putin that was largely devoted to nuclear safety after the Occupation of the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine by the Russian army.
