The Limited Company with the name “VOYATZOGLOU COMPANY” and the distinctive title “VOYATZOGLOU” informs the investing public with its announcement that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on June 24, 2022 decided, among other things, to change the Company’s name from ” VOYATZOGLOU SYSTEMS STOCK COMPANY” to “VOYATZOGLOU STOCK COMPANY” and the addition of “VOYATZOGLOU” as a distinguishing title.
The name of the Company in the English language shall be rendered as “VOYATZOGLOU SA” and its distinctive title as “VOYATZOGLOU”.
On 20.07.2022, the decision of the Ministry of Development and Investments (General Secretariat of Trade – General Directorate of Market & Consumer Protection – Companies Division – Listed SA Department), with which the amendment of the relevant article 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association was approved.
The Corporate Transactions Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange was informed during the meeting of July 27, 2022 about the above decision.
Following the above, by decision of the Company it is determined that from August 1, 2022, the name of the Company on the Athens Stock Exchange will change to “VOYATZOGLOU COMPANY” and its distinctive title will be defined as “VOYATZOGLOU”.
