“I want my lifestyle to change,” the influencer reported on her Instagram profile by sharing that she even used 44 and was now using size 40. “So I train every day, as best and healthier every day.”
She countered criticism that she would be using weight loss drugs, saying she even tried, but she vomited a lot and ended up in the hospital thanks to the use of medications. “I am here to help people who are not able to use Ozempic and MOUNJARO or has no physical conditions, as it was with me, ”he said.
The influencer said she has depended on diet and training to continue with the weight loss project, but it is a slow process and that she wants it to be like this calmly. “If it was a crazy diet, a crazy formula, I lost super-fast, my belly was going to get more accordion than it is and I was going to get fat again,” he said.
