A thief was crawling in an optics, not to be seen by the owner who was on site, and tried to steal several glasses. The action took place last Monday (14) and was caught by the store’s camera system, which is in the city center of Uberaba, Minas Gerais.
According to the Civil Police, the owner of the optics was on the computer and noticed the presence of the criminal in the store. The businessman went towards the suspect and managed to recover the glasses that were being stolen, except for four frames.
In security cameras you can see the robber’s strategy. The suspect was sitting on the sidewalk, near the establishment’s entrance door and then crawled by the store.
The suspect remained down when he stole his glasses in the showcase, until the owner of the store noticed and the criminal fled.
The Civil Police said they investigate the case and so far, the probable suspect, 44, has not been found.
