Video: Hackers use musk, bezos and zuckerberg voices in US traffic lights

Traffic lights from the states of California and Seattle were hacked on Wednesday (16).

Instead of the standard audio message on pedestrian bands, people who triggered the button to cross the street were surprised by imitations of the voices of technology billionaires.

Jeff Bezos, Amazon founder Elon Musk, Tesla CEO, and Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of the goal had his voices copied and used in unusual messages.

The California Transport Department reported that about 10 intersections were affected. Seattle department said there is no way to know if incidents in the city are related to those in Californian traffic lights.

The agency stressed that it is treating the case seriously and works to implement more robust security measures to avoid further attacks. The authorship and motivations are under investigation.

The hacked voice of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos says “Hi, I’m Jeff Bezos. This pedestrian track is sponsored by Amazon Prime, with an important message: Please cover rich taxes. Otherwise, all the other billionaires will move to Florida as well. [Magione] And could normal personal able to live here again? ”

Already the hacked voice of Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, says: “Hi, here is Elon Musk. Welcome to Palo Alto, Tesla’s Engineering House. You know, they say money doesn’t buy happiness and… it’s okay… I think it’s true. God knows I tried… but you can buy a cybertruck (electric pickup from Tesla) and that’s right?”

The imitation of Mark Zuckerberg’s voice introduces himself and says that “the real ones call me Zuck.” And it adds: “You know, it is normal to feel uncomfortable or even violated while we insert artificial intelligence to each facet of your conscious experience. And I just want to assure you that you don’t have to worry, because there is absolutely nothing you can do to prevent it.”
