The first 324 vials of anti-covid vaccine destined for Lombardy arrived at the Milanese hospital of Niguarda this morning shortly before 8 – aboard an Army vehicle escorted by the Carabinieri. Waiting for them in a symbolic handover the general manager of the hospital, Marco Bosio, and the heads of the police and military forces. The subjects identified for the administration of the first doses of vaccine are the presidents of the Medical Associations, the presidents of the Orders of Nurses, the representatives of the categories of Healthcare Professionals (in Milan, she will Adele Gelfo, employed in the Covid intensive care unit of Niguarda), the representatives of the service staff (also in Milan, Mrs. Grace Lend, cleaning officer of the Covid department of the Niguarda Hospital), then the representatives of the emergency world, including prof. Fabrizio Pregliasco, president of Anpas, and therefore of the White Cross and the Red Cross. Similar symbolic priorities will be given to territorial representatives in the various provinces involved in V-Day.
