An unthinkable incident occurred on USAas security cameras captured a group teenagers using a traffic cone and beating an elderly man to death. In fact, the young people were laughing while recording the attack on a mobile phone.
As stated by nypost.com the victim of the brutal attack, o 72-year-old James Lambert, was walking down Cecil B. Moore Boulevard at 3 a.m. on June 14 when he was confronted by the young thugs. The chilling video released by local authorities shows Lambert na he tries to get away from the group while the teenagers follow him across the street. One of the boys then hits him from behind with the cone, knocking him to the ground.
While the 72-year-old is still down, a girl picks up the same cone and throws it at him, while another member of the group records the scene with a mobile phone.
Subsequently Lambert gets up and tries to run away as the same girl chases after him to throw the cone at him again as others from the group appear laughing. Only one girl from the group looks shocked, as she is seen covering her mouth with her hands after one of the blows…
Lambert was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries the next day. So far, none of the persons recorded in the video have been arrested, while Philadelphia Police Department is offering a $20,000 reward for information which will lead to the identification of the perpetrators.
