“We saw President Putin’s announcement of a temporary ceasefire due to Easter. We are still committed to reaching a complete and comprehensive ceasefire,” said a state department spokesman in an email statement on Sunday.
“By evaluating their seriousness in this case, we would like him to extend beyond Sunday.”
