In the Oval Hall, the president said: “We have an agreement on minerals that I believe will be signed on Thursday.” He then clarified: “Next Thursday, soon.”
“We have an agreement on this,” said Trump, this Thursday (17), alongside the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the “memo of intent” could be signed remotely today, with a complete agreement still in progress.
