US forces destroyed four unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen on Friday 3/22, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced. In the specific announcement shared on platform X (formerly Twitter), it is pointed out, as reported by the Athens News Agency citing Reuters and AFP, that three underground weapons storage facilities used in attacks against merchant ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden were also affected. In the past 24 hours, as CENTCOM reports, four ballistic missiles were fired into the Red Sea from areas of Yemen controlled by the Houthis, with no injuries or damage reported.
