Two-year-old Samsung Galaxy A60 updated to Android 11

Samsung has released Android 11 update for the Galaxy A60 smartphone (model number SM-A6060), which was released in 2019. It originally ran Android 9 Pie and was updated to Android 10 a year ago.

The new firmware has version number A6060ZCU3CUD3 and contains Android security fix dated March 2021. Together with Android 11, the smartphone received the One UI 3.0 interface. For now, the update is only available on the home market, but within a couple of weeks it will be available to users in other countries and regions.

The LCD is 6.3 inches diagonal at 2340 x 1080 pixels and covers 91.8% of the bezel. Snapdragon 675 acts as a single-chip system, the amount of RAM and flash memory is 6 and 128 GB, respectively. The camera is represented by three image sensors with a resolution of 32, 8 and 5 megapixels. The front camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels.

The battery capacity is 3500 mAh. Separately mentioned is the Screen Sound technology, which allows you to reproduce the interlocutor’s voice using screen vibration. Other companies already have similar solutions. The smartphone also received an NFC module for contactless payments and a fingerprint sensor on the back panel.
