Meeting at Anchor CIA director William Burns and his Russian counterpart Sergei Naryskin had today regarding the consequences of the possible use of nuclear weapons by Moscow and the issue of Americans detained in Russia, as reported by the American network CNN citing a representative of the National Council US Security.

The director of the CIA was not going to enter into “no negotiations of any kind» with its head Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) nor to discuss the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, according to the CNN report.
