Turkey leaves US F-16s to be re-joined the F-35 schedule

Turkey seems to be slowly settling the US F-16 market to receive the “green light” from the US to re-integrate the F-35 program from which it has been blocked. The Middle East Eye website wrote that Ankara has slowed the procedures for the F-16 agreement, as it intensifies negotiations with Washington to remove sanctions that excluded it from the F-35 program in 2019.
