Turkey: A 77-year-old woman was pulled alive from the ruins of an apartment building 212 hours after the deadly earthquake

Almost 212 hours after the 7.8 earthquake that shook the southeast Turkeyrescuers pulled a 77-year-old woman alive from the ruins of a seven-story apartment building in Antiyaman.

THE Fatma Yungor was released injured and was taken to an ambulance that took her to a hospital to receive medical attention.

The elderly woman’s relatives they burst into cheers and rushed to embrace the rescuers who are still racing against time to find survivors in the rubble of the flattened buildings.

Eight days after earthquakewhich claimed the lives of more than 37,000 people in Turkey and Syria, at least ten people were rescued today.
