A 67 -year -old from Turkey showed a thrombus in the brain and then the surgery began to speak Danishly, forgetting his mother tongue as he suffered the rare foreign language syndrome. Rahmi Karademir’s adventure began last week at the Selcuk University Hospital when she underwent knee surgery. According to the Anadolu agency, two days after the surgery, Karademir suddenly lost his power in his right hand and foot, while showing speech disorders. He was rushed to the hospital and doctors discovered blood clot that blocked a significant vessel on the left side of his brain. The neurologists immediately performed angiography and removed the clot. After successful intervention, Karademir’s symptoms have improved significantly.
