Three men were sentenced to more than 70 years in prison for killing a Pernambuco soccer player in the Santa Inês neighborhood, in Acre. The sentence was issued by Judge Fabio Farias on Wednesday (23).
The defendants were sentenced to a total of 77 years in prison for the crimes of qualified homicide, illegal embarrassment, corruption of minors and integrate or promote criminal organization. The trial was carried out by the 1st Court of the Rio Branco County Jury Court.
The judge understood that there was “sufficient evidence of authorship ”of the crime, after the presentation of the tests and hearing of the witnesses. The magistrate highlighted the “coldness and brutality” of the murder.
