The charge of manslaughter was pronounced by his court Ohio against a woman for the death of her 16-month-old daughter, who authorities say was left alone for 10 days while the woman went on vacation. THE Kristel A. Candelario31, was cited for leaving the child “alone and unsupervised” at her home in Cleveland on June 6th to go on vacation to Detroit and Puerto Rico and did not return until the morning of June 16th.
The 31-year-old notified the police after finding that the child was unconscious, as reported by Associated Press.

According to authorities, the child was “extremely dehydrated” and was pronounced dead. “It is unthinkable for a mother to leave it Her 16-month-old child alone without any supervision for 10 days to go on vacation,” the prosecutor said in a statement Michael O’Malley.
