A man, pointed out as drug trafficking manager in Vila Cruzeiro was arrested on the night of last Friday (19), in a kiosk of the beach of Copacabana, south of Rio. According to the police, the accused is connected with the Red Command and was a fugitive from the Justice of Espírito Santo.
The man was already monitored by the 19th BPM intelligence sector (Copacabana), who served the open arrest warrant and captured the criminal.
After the arrest, he revealed that he was in the city acting as a trafficking manager at two points of drug sales at Vila Cruzeiro, in Penha Complex, in the north of Rio.
In a statement, the PM reported that the man was taken to the 19th BPM and remains available to justice.
