The Brazilian trade balance recorded a trade surplus of US$ 2.511 billion in the first two weeks of July 2022. According to data released this Monday (11) by the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) of the Ministry of Economy, the value was reached with exports of US$ 9.788 billion and imports of US$ 7.276 billion.
In the year, the balance is positive at US$ 36.818 billion. The daily average of exports recorded an increase of 40.7% in the first two weeks of July, with a rise of 57.8% in agriculture, growth of 42.7% in Manufacturing industry and 26.9% in extractive industry products. .
Imports rose 47.2%, with a rise of 15.7% in agriculture, growth of 22.0% in extractive industry and 50.3% in products from the manufacturing industry, always in comparison with the daily average.
