TikToker warns of stiff fines for bikini wearers in Italy – ‘Locals generally have a discomfort’

A TikToker in a video she posted on the platform warned female tourists to Italy not to wear bikini on the beaches, because they are at risk of stingers finesbecause locals and authorities have “discomfort” with minimal clothing, based on the same.

“Take a T-shirt with you before you arrive on the beaches of Italy because if the authorities catch you walking around in a bathing suit, you will most likely be fined,” said Marti, according to the dailymail.co.uk.

“The fine is heavy”, he argued and mentioned that it can reach up to 500 euros, especially in small towns that are next to beaches.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with Italians, but they don’t want tourists walking around in their bikinis in small towns near beaches,” she said.
