TikTok is fighting back, suing the United States government in a bid to stop a bill passed last month that seeks to force the app's Chinese owner to sell or face a ban. The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in the U.S. Court of Appeals, argues that the bill violates constitutional protections for free speech.
