Thirteen Mexican prisoners, convicted of drug trafficking in the US, returned to Mexico to complete their sentences, the two countries’ authorities said Monday. Thirteen prisoners were transferred to the border of El Paso (Texas) with Siudad Huares, before being transferred to a federal prison in the state of Nayarit (northwest), the Mexican government said in a statement.
