The dismissal of editors of a scientific research, which has been used for more than 25 years to develop policies to tackle the rise of atmosphere in the United States, said President Donald Trump’s government today. With an e -mail to those who contributed to the sixth national climate evaluation (NCA6), the Federal Government announces that the “importance” of the report is “reviewed” and “exempt from their duties”. This decision follows the mass redundancies made in early April within the US climate change research program (USGCRP), the federal organization responsible for overseeing this report which, by law, is handed over to Congress and the President. Hundreds of researchers are involved in the preparation of this document on the impact of climate change in all areas, which is released in principle every five years.
