Deolane was arrested in an operation launched by the Civil Police of Pernambuco. Deolane Bezerra’s mother, Solange Alves, was also arrested in the same operation.
The operation that led to the arrest of the influencer was called Operation Integration, which aims to prevent money laundering and illegal gambling. According to investigators, the criminal organization under investigation is believed to have moved R$3 billion from illegal gambling.
In total, 9 arrest warrants and 24 search and seizure warrants, issued by the 12th Criminal Court of the District of Recife, are being served in cities in five states.

In a post on Instagram, Deolane Bezerra published a statement that she called an “open letter” to her more than 20 million followers. In the statement, she reassures her fans and reinforces that she is suffering an “injustice”.
In the text, she asks her fans for prayers and reinforces the narrative of persecution. Deolane confesses that she is “destroyed” to see her mother go through this situation, which she classifies as “humiliation”. The lawyer says that she would rather spend “1, 10, 20 years… or more” to prove her innocence, without her mother being arrested. Look .

A lawyer who witnessed the arrest of lawyer Deolane Bezerra said that “she is calm”. He is the representative of the OAB-PE, which is monitoring the operation to guarantee the influencer’s rights.
“She is calm, there is nothing serious here,” said Romão Ulisses, lawyer for the Prerogatives Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association in Pernambuco (OAB-PE).
Mother returns to police station after being taken to hospital
The influencer’s mother, Solange Alves, returned to the police station after feeling unwell and being taken to the hospital. She became unwell after being arrested and taken, along with her daughter, to the headquarters of the Department for the Repression of Property Crimes (Depatri), in the west zone of Recife, on the morning of this Wednesday (4).
The suspect needed to be treated by the Fire Department, who took her to the Hospital Português, in the center of the capital of Pernambuco. After receiving medical attention, the inmate returned to the Depatri building in a police car.
