As part of the global presentation in India, OnePlus introduced the first in-house developed Android tablet, the OnePlus Pad. The novelty is interesting primarily for its flagship-level technical characteristics, but it is also worth noting a very unusual design that stands out both in form factor and in color palette. The OnePlus Pad also supports Google’s advanced Fast Pair technology with a minimum latency of 54ms.
OnePlus Pad has a dedicated ReadFit Screen display. For the first time on the market, the tablet offers a custom aspect ratio of 7:5 with a diagonal of 11.6 inches. The resolution is 2800×2000 pixels (296 ppi density) and the refresh rate is even higher than the iPad Pro’s 144Hz. The case has rounded edges and corners, protective glass front and rear are connected by a metal frame.
Inside, the OnePlus Pad is no less attractive. The processor is MediaTek Dimensity 9000 with ARMv9 architecture and a clock speed of up to 3 GHz, the platform is made using a modern 4-nanometer process technology. RAM can be up to 12GB (LPDDR5). Battery capacity – 9510 mAh. According to OnePlus, the tablet is able to work up to a month in standby mode.
