The Ethereum team has developed a simplified development plan

A simplified Ethereum roadmap is focused on scaling BLOB objects and increasing productivity L1. This was told by the co -executive director of Ethereum Foundation Tomash Stanchak.

He emphasized that the network will continue to issue tokens at the first level, support the development of real assets (RWA) and stablecoins, and will also enhance the communication and security of the network.

Among long -term goals:

  • integration of AI-agents;
  • introduction of autonomous machines;
  • ensuring the privacy of interactions between people;
  • Creating an open source system.

The co -founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin spoke about the strategy in response to criticism. He hinted that updates can now take place faster due to the readiness of developers to speed up the pace of the introduction of hardcores.

Buterin also mentioned the upcoming upgrades – Pectra and Glamsterdam. The latter will apply priority changes, such as an increase in gas limit.

According to Buterin, if the work is completed earlier, the updates will be introduced even before the formal launch of Glamsterdam.

In February, Ethereum developers discussed the acceleration of network hard forces. However, later the upgrade Pectra was postponed to May 7.
