The draft of Constantinople: The negotiation that would put an end to the Russian – Ukraine War – What went wrong?

Three whole years have passed since the start of the Russian -Ukrainian War and yet evidence is reported that a peaceful solution could have been found in the first three months. Senior Political Scientist Samuel Charap and distinguished Professor of University John Hopkins, Sergey Radchenko, quote in their article “The Talks That Could Have Ended The War in Ukraine” . The talks of the negotiations started on February 28 at one of Lukasenko’s spacious houses in the countryside, in Belarus. Charap and Radchenko say the leader of the Ukrainian delegation was Davyd Arakhamia, a parliamentary leader of the Zelensky political party. The head of the Russian delegation was Vladimir Medinsky, a senior adviser to the Russian president, who had previously served as Minister of Culture.
