O short film “The Spider Within: A Spider-Verse Story” (in Portuguese, “The Spider Within: A History of the Aranhaverse”) had a teaser released this Tuesday (26).
The animation premieres on Wednesday (27), at 10 am, on Sony Pictures YouTube channel.
In the teaser, Miles Morales appears anxious and worried as he tries to balance his responsibilities as a teenager, a friend and student, and as Spider-Man.
“After a particularly challenging day living with these pressures, Miles has a panic attack that forces him to face the manifestations of his anxiety and learn that asking for help can be as courageous an act as protecting his city from harm,” says the synopsis.
The short was produced in partnership with the Kevin Love Fund, an institution that raises awareness about the importance of mental health.
