With the support of the Tourism and Convention Bureau of Campos do Jordão and Chris Park Hotel, the 1st edition of Mantiqueira Restaurant Week starts on the 17th of November and runs until the 17th of December. With the theme “FLAVORS OF THE MANTIQUEIRA ”, the festival strengthens the gastronomic identity of the region as well as the entire production chain.
The idea is to provide the public with an immersion in local inputs. “The menus in this issue of RW were prepared with technique and daring, replacing classic recipes with suggestions that speak our language, based on our gastronomic and cultural roots. the chef Anderson Oliveira , President of Associação Cozinha da Mantiqueira, a partner of the event, is one of the main defenders of the region’s producers, who offer high quality ingredients that are now used in creative dishes. “Trout, cheese, pine nuts, tree tomatoes, coffee, fresh olive oil, mushrooms, jams, craft beers, wines, cachaças, are examples of the richness of Mantiqueira’s terroir, which are valued in the hands of chefs in contemporary preparations, but with identity region”, he explains.
The restaurants participating in the festival will offer a special, thematic, three-step menu with starter, main and dessert, with different pairings, to lead people to experience new experiences around the table, in a great connection with the flavors of the region.

There will be two categories of menus: Premium and Diamond. All include starter, main course and dessert. Values vary between R$79.90 and R$139.00.
Premium – Lunch BRL 79.00 / Dinner BRL 99.00
Diamond – Lunch BRL 99.00 / Dinner BRL 139.00
For each menu sold, an amount of R$1.00 (one real) will be donated to the Casa Rainha da Paz Institution, in Campos do Jordão, which is part of the Nossa Senhora Achiropita Social Works, in the Bexiga neighborhood, in São Paulo.
