A professor at Tânia Varella Ferreira State College in Maringá (PR) is investigated for supposedly offering $ 10 to students to assume a 11 -year -old colleague.

The case took place on April 9 and is determined by the Paraná Civil Police (PC-PR) and the State Department of Education (SEED-PR).

According to the delegate responsible for the case, the student was traveling and, upon returning, took a low grade in a job.

“The teacher said to the other classmates there, class, that they would have two minutes and would pay 10 reais to assault him,” delegate told the delegate CNN .

The child reported that he was assaulted by four colleagues from the same age group, between 10 and 11 years. The skill did not find apparent injuries, but the boy complained of head pain.

With this, the teacher can respond for criminal misdemeanor for aggression without visible marks and for submitting a child to embarrassment or shame.

SEED-PR reported that the teacher was removed for 30 days from April 11 and that an internal procedure was opened.

Justice has determined a protective measure that prohibits the teacher from approaching the student, maintaining contact with him or circulating in the immediate vicinity of the school for 90 days.
