Taste of the mountains: Davide Zambelli’s program to discover mountain recipes

The first episode of the new program was broadcast on Sunday 26 February Mountain flavor in which the food blogger Davide Zambelli, originally from a small town in Trentino – where he still lives today, immersed in nature and surrounded by many animals – lets us discover the tastiest recipes of this wonderful area.

Mountain flavor will be broadcast every Sunday at 1pm, on Food Network (channel 33) and streamed on Discovery+.

The mountain is an environment rich in every sense: in nature, fresh air and flavours. And so Davide Zambelli tells with his sympathy traditional dishes rich in taste, substance and that warm the heart.

The best known and loved recipes such as i pizzoccheriit schüttelbrot (crispy rye bread), the fregoloti cakea rustic almond cake typical of the Trentino tradition, or the king of mountain desserts, lo strudel. But Davide Zambelli will also make more imaginative preparations. From the recipes for Sunday lunch, mouth-watering and full of flavour, to dishes that warm the heart, passing through the snack – which in the mountains is an important meal that is not overlooked – up to the leavened products, the great protagonists will always be the mountain ingredients .

Mountain flavor (6×30) is produced by Show Reel Media Group and Davide Zambelli for Warner Bros Discovery. Food Network can be viewed on Digital Terrestrial Channel 33, tivùsat Channel 53. The special will be available in streaming on discovery+ immediately after the linear broadcast.
