Esteliano José Madureira, 43, appointed as the main suspect killing the student at the University of São Paulo (USP), Bruna Oliveira da Silva, 28, was found dead on the night of Wednesday (23) on Morumbi Avenue, in São Paulo.
According to the police report, the body was located around 9:17 pm, at the confluence of Morumbi Avenue with access to Avenida Marginal Pinheiros, in Vila Andrade.
Military police were called to verify the presence of a body wrapped in a blue canvas on site. When they opened the canvas, they found the body of a man with wounds produced by firearm in the neck. The death was found on the spot.
Justice had decreed temporary prison Esteliano José Madureira on Wednesday night (23). The arrest request was made by the police authority, with the argument that there was Strong evidence that Madureira would be involved in the crime.
The case remains under investigation by the Department of Homicide and Person Protection (DHPP).

The body of Bruna Oliveira da Silva, 28, was found on Thursday (17). She had been missing since Sunday (13), after leaving her boyfriend’s house in Butantã (West Zone), and taking the subway back home in Itaquera, where she intended to find her 7 -year -old son with her grandfather.
Upon arriving at Terminal Itaquera, around 10 pm, Bruna sent a message to her boyfriend asking for a pix to request an application car home, as it was late.
The amount was transferred, but, as found, Bruna did not even use the service and this was the last message exchanged with her boyfriend.
The corpse was located near Fatec Itaquera, in the East Zone of São Paulo. The information was confirmed by the family. The victim had obvious signs of violence and was very injured, according to delegate Ivalda Aleixo, responsible for the case.
A video of a security camera shows the student at the University of São Paulo (USP), followed by a man. The São Paulo Public Security Bureau (SSP) released, on Wednesday (23), the identity of the suspect, identified as Esteliano José Madureira, 43, pointed out by the police as the murderer of the young woman. The SSP reported that it has “no relationship with the victim.”
