Died, early this Monday (6), Francisco Bombini, the boy known as “Super Chico” after overcoming Covid-19 twice.
Francisco was born with Down syndrome and had more than 200,000 followers on Instagram. He also suffered from heart disease, hyperthyroidism and acquired pulmonary dysplasia after being hospitalized for three months.
He spent 13 days in the ICU after contracting the coronavirus for the first time. On social media, the family shared Chico’s trajectory.
The boy’s mother confirmed his death, aged six, this Monday. The cause of death was not disclosed.
“I am certain that we all have a mission in this life and Chico’s was to plant seeds of love in people’s hearts! That was his daily task, then he gave satisfaction, passing a report and everything else, that’s why he talked so much!!”, says the post.
In tribute to her son, she added: “In the last report of his life on Earth he wrote: Here I was and here I tried to make a difference! Here I gave examples and here I lived intensely with a lot of strength, head held high and always very happy!!”
