The government announced today that it has approved a draft Presidential Decree to dismiss the Regional Governor, but the official decision to remove it has not yet been published and no official explanation has been given. The announcement of the decision comes after an interview given yesterday by Artyuch, in which he confirmed the Moscow version of the goal of the Russian attack on Sumi.
