The new crime drama starring Colin Farrell , “Sugar” received its first trailer this Tuesday (5).
The first two episodes of the title premiere on AppleTV+ in a month, on April 5th. There will be eight episodes in total, which will be released weekly on Fridays.
In the plot, John Sugar, a private investigator, begins working on the case of the mysterious disappearance of Olivia Siegel, the beloved granddaughter of Jonathan Siegel, legendary Hollywood producer. As he tries to determine what happened to Olivia, he brings to light Siegel family secrets; some recent and others long buried.
In addition to Farrell, the series also features Kirby Howell-Baptiste (“Killing Eve”), Amy Ryan (“Fear of the Truth”), James Cromwell (“Succession”), Anna Gunn (“Breaking Bad”), Dennis Boutsikaris (“Better Call Saul”) and more in the cast.
