The request for modification of the environmental conditions of the two wind farms of ELLAKTOR in Agrafa was rejected by the competent directorate of environmental licensing of RIS.
These are two parks of 40MW and 46MW power in the Municipalities of Agrafa, Karditsa and Lake Plastira of the companies ῾POUNENTIS SA and ἉNEMODOMIKI SA subsidiaries of ELLAKTOR.
As the RIS states: We decide the Rejection of the request for the Modification of the Environmental Conditions of no. 198016 / 04-05-2012 (ΑΔΑ: Β49Λ0-Υ4Σ) Decision of Approval of Environmental Terms of the project ” Wind Power Station at the location ‘GRAMMENI – TOURLA – KARNOPI’, with a total capacity of 46 MW, and the accompanying supports of the company ANEMODOMIKI SA ” which is administratively subordinated to the Regions of Central Greece and Thessaly, the Kallikratika Municipalities of Agrafa, Lake Plastira and Karditsa, because a) the negative environmental effects of the proposed amendments are characterized as extremely important competent authorities can not express, with certainty, a substantiated view that the project will not prejudice the integrity of the site, in accordance with Article 6 (3) of Directive 92/43 / EEC and (b) the intervention under this of the sixth chapter of Law 998/79 on the said forest and reforestable areas for objective reasons of protection of the forest environment.
The publication of this Decision required by law is made by posting it on the special website, at the website www.aepo.ypeka.gr (according to the provisions of article 19a of Law 4014/2011, as well as on 21398/2012 Joint Ministerial Decision).
An appeal may be lodged against this in accordance with the relevant provisions in force. ”
