Metro Line 2-Green in the region of Vila Prudente station is facing problems and operates at reduced speed after an equipment failure on Thursday morning (26).
In a note, the Metro reported that trains have been running with longer stopping times since 7:16 am.
The Paese system was activated to reinforce passenger service on the stretch between Vila Prudente and Alto do Ipiranga stations.
Metro highlighted that “it is working to normalize circulation and apologizes to passengers for the inconvenience caused”.
