For his part, the President of the SOFTONE Group, Antonis Kyriazis, said: “The agreement for the acquisition of IMPACT is for our group the most important development after the acquisition of Unisoft in 2019. In the next 5 years, the site of e-invoicing and supply chain will grow at a rate of over 40% per year. The benefits to the market leader are obvious. I publicly congratulate the IMPACT management team for their products, their dedicated executive team and of course for its leading position in the market”.

The corporate alliance created with SOFTONE, in a spirit of respect for our people and values, is a particularly constructive development for us, expanding our vision, creating a robust ecosystem with an enriched product portfolio and continuous provision of excellent services”.
