Shoes with… erotic background – Made from sex toys

If you are fans of of shoes but also of sex aids, then this is definitely your brand. A small shoe company has joined forces with a major sex toys brand, and the result is admirable.

Shoes made from defective sex toys, which instead of being in a landfill, they get… life again.

The “games» which are judged by the brand to be unsuitable or defective and come off the production line are made available to the small footwear company and with a little imagination the new shoes are made.

The inspiration, as stated by the nypost.com is owned by David Teitelbaum, founder of Rose in Good Faith, and Chad Braverman, CEO for Doc Johnson, the adult toy company that founded by his father in 1976.

And this particular inspiration may not be sustainable for the shoe company and not bring significant revenue so far, but the two entrepreneurs from Los Angeles are proud of their idea.

“Personally, I like shoes. I think it’s a great product”Braverman said from his company’s headquarters in Los Angeles’ North Hollywood neighborhood.

On the other hand, Teitelbaum, shortly before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, was looking for something to breathe new life into his company. So he met with an adult film company, which put him in touch with Braverman’s company.

Braverman doesn’t send many sex toys to landfills and is able to reuse some of their base material to create something new. But the waste that was left was a lot and so when he was offered a collaboration with the shoe company, he found what he was looking for as he wanted to promote sex positivity through fashion but also to innovate.
