Producer Sean Combs, known as “Diddy”, was accused of another case of sexual assault, which could be classified as rape. This is the third civil case filed against him.
According to the document obtained by CNN , Combs is accused of sex trafficking, gang rape and other allegations such as that he raped a woman who was 17 years old at the time. The lawsuit names him with Harve Pierre, former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs’ company. A third man is also named.
The lawsuit is filed by a woman referred to as Jane Doe in the suit. She alleges that she was 17 years old at the time of the abuse, which reportedly occurred in 2003. The complaint was sent to the Southern District Court of New York.
“As alleged in the complaint, the defendants attacked a vulnerable teenage high school student as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved the use of drugs and alcohol. They transported her in a private jet to New York City, where she suffered a gang rape by the three defendants, from Mr. Combs’ studio,” said Douglas H Wigdor, lawyer and partner at the firm responsible for the case, in a statement to CNN . “The depravity of these abominable acts, unsurprisingly, left deep scars on our client for the rest of her life.”
Sean Combos responded to the lawsuit in a statement sent by his representative Nathalie Moar: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Over the past few weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to kill my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Disgusting allegations have been made against me by individuals who want a quick buck. Let me be absolutely clear: I did none of the horrible things you are alleging. I will fight for my name, my family and the truth.”
A CNN reached out to representatives from Bad Boy Entertainment and Pierre, but did not hear back.
