Scandals, drugs, porn films: Sara Tommasi talks about her hell (and her rebirth)

In the past of Sara Tommasi there is a hell made of scandals, excesses, drugs, porn videos, violence, forced hospitalizations in psychiatric clinics. Guest of the episode of Stories of women at the crossroads which will be broadcast on Wednesday 17 April on Rai2, the showgirl retraced the most difficult years, explaining that it all began in 2012, when at the height of her success she discovered that she had «a severe bipolar disorder»: «My mother, who I lost during Covid, begged me to stop and get treatment. But I I didn't want to give up money and popularity. To move forward I took cocaine also combined with the spirits of the social parties I attended. After a year it wasn't me anymore.”

In that period Sara filmed three pornos. The second one, Private Confessions, from 2012, was seized by the police: Tommasi had declared that she had been forced to take drugs before filming. Speaking with Monica Setta, the showgirl said: «I remember the violence on that set where they had given me the date rape drug. It was my mother who understood and admitted me to hospital a psychiatric clinic where I stayed for a year without cell phone or anything else. Completely detached from the world, dedicated only to pharmacological treatments and long psychotherapy sessions. I thought I couldn't do it. They feared I might take my own life. Instead I pulled out.” Also thanks to father Marco and mother Cinzia, who, in the years in which that fragile daughter fell into her abyss, never abandoned her. We are thinking about adoption.” The Sara Tommasi of scandals and excesses no longer exists: «Today I am a different woman: I live between Italy and Sharm el Sheikh on the Red Sea, where with Antonio we work on new video clips and projects.” And in their future, as Tommasi recently revealed in another interview, there are encore wedding: this time «in Egypt, on the beach».
