Sarah Ferguson, that's why King Charles invited her (after over thirty years) to Christmas mass at Sandringham

After more than thirty years, Sarah Ferguson has attended the Christmas mass at Sandringham for the first time with the rest of the royal family. It was the Prince Philip. Who had included her in her “black list” in the summer of 1992, when the duchess, not yet divorced from Andrea, she was photographed topless in Saint Tropez while the Texan billionaire John Bryan sucked her toe. The divorce between Sarah and Andrea was announced in 1992. Since then Philip no longer wanted to find the duchess under his own roof. And Fergie was no longer even allowed to attend the Christmas celebrations at Sandringham, including mass. This year however, as he reveals Page Six, Sarah came back because that's what the king wanted Charles III. And her presence caused more talk than that of her ex-husband Andrew of York, who even since 2019 – the year in which Queen Elizabeth stripped him of his military titles due to the Epstein scandal – has been seen very little in public. The tabloids have dedicated very few lines to Andrea, while everyone is wondering: as King Charles never wanted to do overturn the veto imposed on Fergie by her father?

According to an insider contacted by Page Six, the reasons are many. First of all, «Sarah has always been close to Charles and is very fond of himand in recent times his relations with Queen Camilla also became closer». Not only that: Fergie «is always been faithful to the royal family, always loyal to the Crown, and in recent years he has not made a single mistake.” More “he has never said a critical word towards the royal family». Which, especially in light of the public poisons continually spread by Harry and Meghan Markle (most recently through the bomb book Endgame), for King Charles it is certainly not a trivial detail. It should also be added that Sarah's unwavering support for her ex-husband Andrea after the Epstein scandal «was a relief for the queen Elizabeth», as Ferguson herself revealed last March, in an interview with TheTelegraph.

Perhaps King Charles is grateful to her for this too. The fact is that already in 2022, a few months after his accession to the throne, King Charles had invited the Duchess to Christmas lunch at Sandringham. This year he did more, allowing her to walking in public with the rest of the royal family towards St. Mary Magdalene Church. A move that means a lot. Now that the Duke of Edinburgh and Queen Elizabeth are no morenow that on the throne is Charles IIIFergie, as he writes Page Six“she's really back.”
