Samsung launches Galaxy S25 Ultra with anti-glare and scratch-resistant screen

THE Samsung announced this Wednesday (22) that the new device Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with a screen technology made from ceramic glass with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant characteristics.

The Gorilla Armor 2 coating, from the innovation company Corning, promises to equip devices with greater resistance to damage and breakage, especially when dropped.

The news was announced during the Galaxy Unpacked event, in San José, California, in the United States.

According to Samsung, in laboratory tests the new Galaxy S25 Ultra devices withstood drops of up to 2.2 meters onto a surface that simulates concrete.

Furthermore, according to the brand, the ceramic glass coating reduces reflection in indoor and outdoor environments, improving the user experience in different lighting conditions.
