On January 28, the Commission of Inquiry announced the deaths of the first three patients, claiming that 23 people presented health problems, each of different severity, after the examinations they did.

The Investigative Committee announced that it had arrested the chief doctor of the diagnostic center, Yevgeny Popov, on the charge of “negligent homicide”, while today the responsible doctor of the radiological department was arrested.
