Ryan Reynolds says there was “a lot of sacrifice” to make “Deadpool & Wolverine”

Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds 47, reflected on his involvement with the franchise “Deadpool” and about the next release, “Deadpool & Wolverine” , which hits theaters in July this year. He spoke about the subject in an interview with the North American magazine Vanity Fair.

“I felt like I owed one more [filme] spiritually, but trying to figure out what that would be – and how it would happen – took a while. There’s a reason it’s been six years since the last one. These films swallow entire lives”, he revealed.

“In a normal film, you work hard. But in a film like this, you give up a lot of things that you might have taken for granted: sleep, seeing your family, the myth of the father being present. There is a lot of sacrifice. I have a very intense relationship with the character and the world he inhabits,” he explained.

“Deadpool & Wolverine” is the third film in the franchise starring Reynolds and directed by Shawn Levy 55. For the plot, the Australian actor Hugh Jackman 55, will return to play Wolverine and stated that audiences will see “different sides that we haven’t seen before” of the character.

On social media, the interpreter of the Marvel anti-hero said that he will never “stop missing” making a film with his two best friends, Levy and Jackman.
