Russia's Federal Security Service says it has arrested a spy working for Poland

THE Russia announced today the arrest of a man whom it accuses of trying to pass information to Poland for a factory of the Russian military-industrial complex in order to facilitate possible strikes.

According to a statement from the Russian Security Service (FSB), this Russian citizen “actively cooperated with a representative of the secret services of the Republic of Poland in order to pass information about this operation in exchange for asylum.” This information mainly concerns “its government order production volumes defense industry” at this plant in the Penza region, located hundreds of kilometers southeast of Moscow, according to the same source.

According to a video released by security services, which also shows a Ukrainian language learning manual, the suspect says he wanted to facilitate possible strikes against that factory. The FSB does not provide details of these charges. But Ukraine multiplied, in response to them Russian bombings, drone attacks (drones) and missiles on Russian soil.

Russian security forces say that the suspect was also supposed to pass on data of other employees of the factory which is considered a defense secret.

Lately the FSB has been multiplying them arrests of people posing as saboteurs, who work on behalf of Ukraine or states considered hostile to Russia.
