THE Russia intends to give its own answer to deportation of the Russian diplomat from North Macedonia based on the principle of reciprocity, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister said today Alexander Grusco.
“Of course, as is customary in diplomatic relations, from our side there will be the corresponding initiativesGrusco said, answering a relevant question, as broadcast by APE BPE.
Earlier, Northern Macedonia had deported another Russian diplomat. The deportation was confirmed today by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Northern Macedonia Bouyar Osmani without specifying the reason for this decision.
Neighbor media outlets, however, say the deportee is the deputy military ombudsman of the Russian embassy in northern Macedonia and suggest that he is involved in espionage activities.
